Deer Park is a lushly treed, upscale neighbourhood that hosts a mix of luxury homes and condos, suiting families, single professionals and those wishing to downsize. Highly walkable, Deer Park residents can access shops, restaurants in the Yonge and St. Clair area plus any parks, trails and other greenspaces. It is also a mere 10-minute drive from the core or a few minute walk to the subway.

In the early 1800’s, Deer Park was a meadow where deer would come to feed. After the deer were long gone in 1908, Deer Park was annexed to the city of Toronto and quickly became one of Toronto’s finest residential districts. It’s made up of detached and semi-detached houses of various architectural styles, with a good blend of both new and old homes.
